RED ALERT!!!
VOTE NO ON SB - 1101

It is very important that you call these committee members today!  Let's kill this bill - so vote NO on SB - 1101.

The Senate State Affairs Committee, Chaired by Sen. Robert Duncan, (R) Lubbock, will hold a formal meeting on Tuesday, April 24 and we need you to call the Committee Members to voice your OPPOSITION to the direct attack on physician ownership in SB 1101 by Sen. Duncan.

Please take a few minutes to call the members of the Senate State Affairs Committee and encourage them to block the passage out of Committee by voting against  SB 1101,  which would establish onerous reporting and financial disclosure requirements for physicians who invest in diagnostic imaging equipment, facilities or services.

This is just another unjust tax on physicians, and the reporting requirements would be burdensome and costly to facilities with imaging equipment.

TODAY, Please call the members (other than Senator Duncan) of the Senate State Affairs Committee (see list below) and voice your OPPOSITION to passing this bill out of Committee.
