The Texas Orthopaedic Association: Ensuring Outstanding Musculoskeletal Care for Texas Patients The Texas Orthopaedic Association strives to assure the citizens of Texas excellence in musculoskeletal health by uniting orthopaedic surgeons and promoting the highest professional, ethical and moral standards. As one of the largest orthopaedic specialty societies in the nation, TOA serves as the public policy voice, networking home, and continuing medical education source for over 1,400 Texas orthopaedic surgeons.
