Christy Petru is President of Austin Medical Claims Associates, a full service medicalbilling company.
She started the company in 1998,after several years of working in the healthcare field. Ms Petru also provides
consulting, management training and human resource services.
Her company is involved in numerous office set-ups,
as well as software training and education. Prior to begenning her company,she worked in physician offices,
established billing and collection systems and provided training in several physicians' offices.
She has served as an instructor at Austin Community College and Texas Orthopedic Association. She has served as an expert witness in
worker's compensation cases. Membership in professional organizations includes the Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers (PAHCOM) and Texas Medical Group Management Association. Ms
Petru received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Recently,
Ms. Petru and her husband relocated to Liberty Hill. They have one son, Nathan. Her hobbies include camping with her family and reading.

Jamie Claypool is a Practice Management Consultant whose career spans over 25 years with service to the Austin,
Houston, Dallas and major Texas medical communities. Formerly, Ms. Claypool was an adjunct faculty member of the
University of Houston at Clear Lake School of Business and Public Administration where she taught group practice
management and medical reimbursement, billing and coding. She continues to serve as an advisor to the university
undergraduate program in healthcare administration.
Ms. Claypool has been a speaker for the Texas Medical Association, the Texas Hospital Association, The Texas
Medical Group Management Association and the Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers (PAHCOM). She
is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, The Medical Group Management Association nationally
and in Texas. She has managed and consulted with both small and large practices. Ms. Claypool received her
undergraduate degree from Southern Connecticut State University. She received her board certification in Medical
Practice Management from the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Ms Claypool resides in Spicewood,
Texas with her husband and two children.

Ronda L. Hostetter has over 20 years experience in the healthcare field,
including marketing, public relations, managed care and legislative affairs.
Prior to beginning her own marketing firm in 1996, she served as a
consultant for Columbia Planning, Education and Consulting in Austin,
Sweetwater Health Enterprises in Dallas and Regis McKenna, Inc. Her
background also involves numerous years working in the managed healthcare
field including network development and strategic planning. She has served
as Marketing Director for Charter Healthcare Systems and in the marketing
department of HCA Medical Center in Plano, Texas. In addition to her work in
marketing and managed care, she has extensive experience with the Texas
legislature including lobbying and other advocacy issues. Professional
affiliations have included the American Marketing Association, Texas Medical
Group Management Association and Women in Communications. Ms. Hostetter
graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and
Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas. Her
Master of Science degree is in Business and Human Resource Management from
Amber University in Dallas. She has been published in the Dallas Morning
News, The Dallas Business Journal, the Austin Business Journal and other
area publications. Her husband and she have two adult children, and they
live on their family ranch in Burnet. Her hobbies include painting,
genealogy and gardening.

Bradley Reiner

Bradley Reiner has been a practice management consultant for 15 years. Prior
to beginning Reiner Consulting and Associates in 1999, he was employed by
the Texas Medical Association (TMA) for 10 years specializing in many facets
of practice management including claims payment, contracting, policy,
billing, coding, and reimbursement. During his tenure at TMA, he conducted
educational seminars on downcoding of evaluation and management services and
the bundling and unbundling of procedures. He has extensive experience with
fraud and abuse, billing, coding financial analysis, workflow maximization,
physician practice set-ups, and compliance plans.
Mr. Reiner's experience includes reimbursement issues in both the public and private sector. He has
counseled individual physicians and group practices regarding maximization
of revenue and billing to ensure compliance with all types of payers.
Additionally, he assisted with the development of legislative policies to
assist physicians throughout the state. He received a Bachelor of Business
Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University in College Station,
Texas. Mr. Reiner is an author who has written or been quoted in American
Medical News, Cardiac Coding Alert, The Medical Exchange for the Travis
County Medical Society, Texas Medicine, Physicians' Managed Care Report,
Waco Medicine, American Healthcare Consultants and TMA's Action Newsletter.
His family lives in Driftwood, and he enjoys golf.
